You MUST meet our submission guidelines before submitting your article for publication:
1. The articles that you submit must be your own work - You may not submit articles written by other authors and the content must be unique.

3. You must hold the copyright for your article. Articles written by a ghost writer are accepted provided you retain copyright and they are unique.
4. By submitting your articles to ArticleSmart.net, you grant us the right to publish your articles - We may publish your article anywhere on our website, blog, or syndicate through RSS. We may also change where it appears, including the category, at any time.
5. We reserve the right to change your article's location or category at any time.
6. By submitting your article, you grant others the right to republish your article. Other InstantNicheArticles.net users have the right to republish your submitted articles on their websites, newsletters, e-zines, blogs or magazines - provided the article is left in its original state, which includes the resource box which gives credit to you as the author of the article.

14. Articles must be spellchecked and proof read for grammatical errors prior to submitting - Do not submit articles filled with spelling errors and bad grammar. We do monitor article submissions and we will reject content that doesn't meet this requirement.
